"Animations are really a big help, especially with CT and MRI scans," he says. The visual elements in the Divis, such as animations and illustrations, make information understandable and clearly show what is going to happen.

Visser explains: "There are also those who still like paper information, and by printing out the Divis, we can easily provide this." This ensures that all patients, regardless of their digital skills, can be properly informed.
