Een Divi en animatie maken, hoe gaat dat?
Your idea and goal
Your organization or professional group has an idea to use a Divi in a targeted way. For example, to spend less time explaining immunotherapy or to draw attention to collaborative decision-making.
It's time to contact Indiveo so we can start production. Don't worry, we'll do most of the work.
Introduction and intake
We ask that you appoint one contact person (with mandate). This helps to communicate smoothly with each other.
In the first week, we begin with an intake meeting with the content expert(s). This conversation forms the basis for the rest of the process. During this conversation, we discuss the heart of the issue and determine what information is truly critical to the patient or client.
Creating the Divi
In the second week, we translate the conversation into text and images. We write all the necessary texts for the Divi, including the script for the animation and texts for the instruction cards. Here we make important choices about what is general, timeless and relevant.
We develop a visual story (storyboard) for the animation and create illustrations for the instruction cards. This visual aspect is essential because images often say more than words. We then deliver a first version of the Divi.
Feedback
We submit the Divi for review at the two times, so that you have to invest as little time as possible. We will give you some tips on how to evaluate the concept.
Then we will incorporate your feedback and show you the final result.
Animate
After agreeing on the content, we start animating the cartoon. The voice-over is initially voiced by artificial intelligence, which is temporary and can sometimes sound unnatural. We put the final touches on the instruction cards and deliver a final version of the Divi.
Start informing
After the final round of feedback, we send the Divi for approval. After this, the content is fixed so we can finalize the production. The professional voice-over is added and the Divi is published in the Divitheque, ready to be used for all patients and clients.

On average, the turnaround time for creating a Divi is 9 weeks.
