About this Divi

After forefoot surgery, it is necessary for the patient to use walking aids during recovery. As long as the anesthesia has not worn off, the patient should walk unloaded using crutches or a walker. After the anesthesia wears off, the patient can transition to loaded walking, using a forefoot relieving shoe along with crutches or a walker.

This Divi gives patients instructions on how to adjust the crutches and walker, how to walk and climb stairs.
