BENU and Indiveo launch collaboration

BENU and Indiveo are joining forces to provide patients with understandable and visual information. To kick off the collaboration, two Divis have been developed for patients who come into contact with BENU and for patients who deal with BENU's Ostomy CarePlus Service.

BENU

BENU is a major healthcare provider in the Netherlands with over 3.4 million customers and 3,500 employees. Through knowledge exchange, modern solutions and cooperation with doctors, nurses and other specialists, BENU makes care smarter, more personal and accessible. At the 345 pharmacies of BENU, patients can go for advice, medicines, self-care products and medical devices for, among others, diabetes, incontinence, medical nutrition, ostomy and wound care.

BENU Resource Care

Part of BENU's healthcare offering is the BENU Direct resource care. BENU provides home medical devices and customized advice through this program. Caregivers can register patients for this program. In order to explain to patients what the program entails, we have developed the Divi 'BENU Assistive Device Care' together with BENU. This way patients are well prepared for a new step in the care process.

It is important that patients become familiar with BENU and know what to expect from BENU. The developed Divi contributes to this. 

Information for Stoma Care 

Getting stoma is a profound event. A large proportion of people with a stoma have to deal with complications. Therefore, BENU Stoma Care Plus offers a service to identify complications even faster and to provide the right care with good materials tailored to their needs. 

In the Divi, patients are comprehensibly informed about the Stoma CarePlus Service and the support provided by Benu. In addition, patients are explained in the Divi about the various aids that can be used in case of problems with the stoma. 

Targeted information 

BENU themselves will integrate the information into their own environments to provide targeted information to their customers. The information is also available in the Indiveo Divitheque and can be used free of charge for hospitals using Indiveo.
