Indiveo as 'Next Level Entrepreneur' on RTL Z

Using successful cases, Next Level entrepreneurs talk about their product and/or service, partnerships and plans for the future. Every broadcast, an independent expert from the relevant industry joins in to talk about the latest developments in a positive way, supported by facts and figures.' according to the program description of RTL Z.
This time it was up to Myrna Engwerda (Unit Head Heart Center Medical Center Leeuwarden) and Ralph Koppers (Indiveo) to talk about the added value of understandable patient information.
Successful case study
The Heart Center of Leeuwarden Medical Center informs its patients with Indiveo's visual information. A successful case study was developed and shared in early May.
Every year, 2,900 patients receive scheduled angioplasty or cardiac catheterization. These patients are informed with Indiveo. This has made the information process more efficient and improved quality. The department saves 1400 hours of care time and patients and caregivers are very satisfied. A large proportion of patients no longer have to come to the nursing consultation hour to receive explanations about the procedure. This way of providing information fits in with "the new way of working": at a distance and thus with less physical contact. A clear example of the right care at the right time. A 'win-win' situation.
This case study is just one example of the effect of understandable information with Indiveo. RTL Z noticed the success and stopped by to make an item about it for the program "Next Level. In this episode Myrna Engwerda and Ralph Koppers are interviewed and talk about how Indiveo has improved the information process.
"Informing with Indiveo is much more engaging and gives a very good picture of an exciting examination or treatment that heart patients have to undergo."
- Myrna Engwerda, Unit Head Heart Center Leeuwarden Medical Center
In addition, Ralph explains why it is so important for patients to be comprehensibly informed and why Indiveo succeeds in achieving this. 'A well-informed patient is a much better interlocutor in the consulting room. This is important because we like to give patients more control. After all, we often talk about 'patient centricity, self-management and shared decision making'. This is only possible if the patient is also well informed.
