As a solution to this problem, Indiveo has developed a digital concept that allows smart animations (DiVis) to be sent to patients in a simple way.

The medical specialists of MSB VCL at Leeuwarden Medical Center are the first to invest in the production of dozens of DiVIs. Together, MSB VCL and Indiveo have developed a community model through which other MSBs and hospitals can also participate in the development of DiVIs (digital interactive video information) for patients.

Indiveo is an initiative of pulmonologist Ralph Koppers. He observed in his own work that many of his patients cannot reproduce the information provided in the consultation. "The patient gets stuck in the conversation with the diagnosis, 'that what is wrong with him.' He has to process that before other information comes in." With Indiveo, information is offered at home, customized and visual. Thus, it can be viewed infinitely many times at leisure, alone or with loved ones.
