Written by Edwin de Boer on June 24, 2021

On June 23, we were honored to receive the ZorgVoorZorg award from Kris Van de Poel, jury chairman and general secretary of the Language Union!

The ZorgVoorZorg prize is a wonderful initiative by the Dutch Language Union to increase the comprehensibility of medical language and thereby make healthcare more accessible to everyone. The prize includes a cash award and a promotional campaign to emphasize the importance of comprehensible information.

Indiveo's work is comprehensible language through and through. It makes it very clear what people may be afraid of, which puts people at ease. It explains how the entire procedure works and also provides a glimpse into the future.

— Kris Van de Poel (General Secretary of the Language Union)

Indiveo was selected from a longlist of 18 initiatives, along with UMC Utrecht's "discussion guide for genetic testing in breast cancer" and the website "corona in clear language" from the Flemish organization Wablieft.
