Winner of the Taalunie ZorgVoorZorgPrijs!

Written by Edwin de Boer on June 24, 2021

On June 23, we received the ZorgVoorZorg award from jury president and general secretary of the Language Union Kris Van de Poel!

The ZorgVoorZorg prize is a wonderful initiative of the Dutch Language Union to increase the comprehensibility of medical language and thus make healthcare more accessible to all. Attached to the prize is a sum of money and a promotional campaign to underline the importance of understandable information.

"Indiveo's work is understandable language on top of it. It makes very visible what people can be afraid of, it calms people down a lot. It tells how a whole procedure works and it also gives a view of the future."

- Kris Van de Poel (general secretary of the Language Union)

Indiveo was selected from a longlist of 18 initiatives, along with UMC Utrecht's "heredity screening discussion guide for breast cancer" and the website "corona in clear language" by the Flemish organization Wablieft.
