I have received Indiveo information

No code or no access? Read this first. 

  1. You will receive one email through Indiveo.
  2. In this email, click on the green "Click here for your information" button .
  3. A page will open. In this page, click on "Request access code".
    Do not close this page! This is where you will enter the access code in a moment!
  4. The access code will be sent to you in a separate email.
  5. Enter the access code on the screen where you just requested the code.
  6. Click on "View your care information."

How do I view information received?

You request the access code yourself:

Indiveo helps you understandably explain the information you receive from your care provider. This ensures that you know what to expect. Your social worker thinks this is important, which is why they use Indiveo.

Yes. The information you received was sent by your own social worker. You can tell by the logo in the email. Indiveo does not send information itself. Social workers do this with the help of Indiveo.

Indiveo does not have access to your data. The mail address used is kept for a short time in a highly secured database and deleted after 14 days. This storage is done in order to be able to find out whether the mail orders that have been set out have been sent (functional).

Your access code secures the information.

The email address will not be shared without your explicit consent, unless it is necessary in connection with the performance of the agreement your caregiver has made with Indiveo. In this, your privacy is always guaranteed. 

You can delete your information yourself at any time. You do this as follows:

  • Open your information and enter the access code.
  • Click "More" at the top right.
  • Select "Delete my information" and confirm your choice.
  • Your information will be deleted.

You can only ask Indiveo questions related to your email and access code. For questions about your appointment or your health, please contact your health care provider. You can find your caregiver's contact information in your Indiveo information.
