Huid Nederland and Novartis have joined forces to develop a Divi about a common skin condition: hives, also known as urticaria.

A Divi as support

Huid Nederland and Novartis have created conversation cards that support people with hives in their conversations with health care providers. To distribute this information in an accessible way, Huid Nederland and Novartis chose to incorporate the information into a Divi. 

Hives is a condition characterized by itchy, raised red bumps on the skin. It can have a significant impact on quality of life, so it is essential to be well informed about the condition and available treatment options.

Developed with experts and experts by experience

Developed in collaboration with medical experts and experts by experience, the Divi contains information about hives. By using the Divi, people with hives can better prepare for discussions with health care providers. The goal is to choose the most appropriate care together with the healthcare provider.

The next step in collaboration

As a follow-up to this Divi, we are now working on a new Divi focused on the syndrome of hives. Together, we aim to raise awareness about hives and hope that these initiatives will have a positive impact on the lives of people dealing with these conditions.
