Isala opts for understandable information with Indiveo

At home if possible, in the hospital if necessary
Care is increasingly shifting from the hospital to the home in the coming years. With new innovations such as telemonitoring and remote information and communication, it is possible for patients to receive more care from home.
To encourage and guide this development, Isala has established the Connected Care Center since 2019. A specific part of the hospital that allows patients to stay more in their familiar surroundings and still receive the care and attention they need.
Home measurement, understandable information and good communication
In order to provide quality care to patients at home, it is important to shape three key pillars of home care: home measurement, comprehensible information and good communication. Indiveo is committed to the pillar of understandable informing, pillar. By informing patients comprehensibly and visually about examinations, pathologies, therapies and treatments, patients know what they themselves can do and what is expected of them.
The next step in Isala
Isala will roll out Indiveo step by step in the hospital, with integration with other applications such as Chipsoft HiX and BeterDichtbij and optimal use in the current information process will be important components. A project team has been set up to oversee the rollout at the hospital. Digital patient contact has been established.
