Diakonessenhuis improves patient information with Indiveo animations

Indiveo animations are part of the Diakonessenhuis website
The Collaboration with Indiveo
The reason for the collaboration with Indiveo was Diakonessenhuis's desire to inform patients in a clear and visual way. Fransje explains that they chose to add Indiveo animations to their own digital leaflets and on the website. These animations provide patients with visual and understandable information about various medical procedures and conditions.
Add to diakonessenhuis.nl
Diakonessenhuis has a collection of 700 online leaflets for patients. These leaflets are an important digital communication tool and contribute to the online findability of their website and information. For this reason, Diakonessenhuis has chosen to add Indiveo's imagery to their own leaflets. This allows them to maintain one distribution channel. This is clear for both patient and caregiver. With Indiveo, you never have double management of programs and information again.
"In time, we expect that departments will ask for new Indiveo animations."
- Fransje Baarveld, communications consultant at Diakonessenhuis
Simple copying and pasting
Fransje explains how that works: "In our CMS, we had a separate content block built for adding a video to one of our web pages or online folders. At Indiveo, I then retrieve the 'embed link' of the video in question. I paste that link into the content block. The block is created so that the video is only shown online. The technical process is very pleasant. Getting the embed links from Indiveo is very easy and then I added it to our own channel in a few clicks.
Future
Currently, the goal is to add animation videos from Indiveo to existing information at Diakonessen Hospital. This is being done for all specialties. The departments at Diakonessenhuis are responding positively to the possibilities and to the added animations. "We are now going to make even more information available online, because there are already Indiveo animations for this that we would like to use, but no suitable place on the website yet," says Fransje. "In time, we expect that departments will also ask for new Indiveo animations."
