About this Divi

The patient has atrial fibrillation. This means that the heart beats irregularly and usually too fast. Ablation treatment can restore the heart rhythm to normal. The doctor inserts a thin tube into the heart and makes a small scar around the pulmonary veins. This blocks the incorrect stimuli, reducing the risk of atrial fibrillation.
