About this Divi

Some newborn babies are not yet strong enough to breathe on their own. They may then need breathing assistance, such as getting extra oxygen or air. This breathing support can be provided in a variety of ways, such as with CPAP or nasal goggles.

Using an animation, this Divi explains the different forms of breathing support for newborns. Attention is also given to possible causes of respiratory problems.
