The ECL is the Center of Excellence in Lymphovascular Medicine. The ECL specializes in diagnosis and treatment of lymphedema and lipedema. Once a a patient has submitted information to ECL, an intake is scheduled. This intake consists of several appointments and examinations. After the intake, there are several treatment options. In some cases, patients are given advice or referred to an institution in their area. Some people are referred to a working group, in which patients are further examined.
