About this Divi

Electroencephalography (EEG) is a method of measuring the electrical activity of the brain. Brain activity is measured with electrodes. These are small metal plates connected by a wire to an amplifier. These electrodes are attached to the patient's head. This Divi explains what an E.E.G. involves and how the patient should prepare for it. Specific information is available in the Divi for both adults and children.

In addition to the Divi E.E.G., E.E.G. prolonged and E.E.G. sleep deprivation are also available as Divi.
